Pick your own

This is an image I've taken for a university project, which was to take any fruit or vegetable and display it in a visually interesting way. I have photographed a sliced lemon with a strong backlight to try and convey the lemons energy and strength in taste and smell. I wanted to show it bursting with life and I hope that I've achieved that.
